I have been buying from them for several years and find they have a very helpful staff, an amazing showroom, and the highest equipment from brands like Goalrilla, Spring Free, and Woodplay. Confession: I used to take our oldest child to the Rec Unlimited showroom in Noblesville to play all the time when he was little and I would baulk at the prices and say "Oh, I would never!" Been waiting 10 weeks for a cabin & still waiting! The craftsmanship was excellent and working with the company was a breeze. Showed up on the scheduled date and knocked out installation for both products on time and without leaving a big mess behind. Very frustrating!

"Our friendly and knowledgeable team members are dedicated to your satisfaction." And he spent as much time as necessary to make sure the shed was level in both directions. The shed is absolutely beautiful. Linzi was great to work with and was very accommodating with us, as out-of-state customers. My sales rep was very good & she handled the stock issue very professionally, but overall I'm not very satisfied with the experience.

I received no satisfaction for a faulty product that was put together and after first use cracked. I left a message and waited 2 days and then Decided to go in. Refreshing, amazing follow up, and communication. We love our hot tub! Very nice sales staff. Prompt courteous! The real star of the show was the installer. Its embarrassing.

Then I had follow up question for Alicia, and she simply neglected to respond. We have been pricing them. Highly recommend this company for its prompt professionalism in every aspect. Being 2 hours away was outside their delivery area but the spa itself was really easy to move an set up. Recreation Unlimited also arranged for the utilities to be marked prior to base installation.The base needs to cure after the install. They cant be beat on price or service. Great service and great hot tub! Extremely pleased with my whole experience with Recreation Unlimited.
The delivery company lost my package. obtained the wood. We combed it over and found no reason for concern. I recently purchased the potting shed from Recreation Unlimited. The guys did a great job removing and replacing the fence and installing it. Highly recommended. Timely response. Great customer service, fast and efficient! Simply set wide open to #6 and snap into one of the holders. wonderful cant wait to have the hot-tub in our backyard. I guess there was only one option? You need to be at your house to confirm location of the base but once they start digging you do not need to be home.
