While some may wish for a smidgen more protein per bar than the 15g in these we would content that given the quality of the protein, 15g from a Quest Hero Bar will be superior for recovery as well as your physique than some blend of soy protein and collagen which is capable of producing a high amount of protein per bar but at the expense of much of that protein being insufficient in the right amino acids to help build a better physique.
