As I notice the phone call I called Home Depot to see what is going on. I was told the time was 7.45 am- 11.45 . He said we will have to return it and call you to reschedule. The delivery guy just eyeballed it & half measured but made NO attempts to even unload the fridge from the truck. But I paid for removal oh you would have to call somebody separately for that. So after I had this dishwasher sitting in my kitchen for a week in a box I had to remove the old machine by myself. They said we had to do to go to the end of the line and wait another 10 days. Helped replace a vanity sink top and was so knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating! Their mistake and we had to do the work! I am no expert but that seems like a very high number of appliances damaged on 1 truck. on my pedestal. The plumber came and spent 5 minutes putting in a new valve. DON'T USE THEIR INSTALL SERVICE IT IS A JOKE. I stayed at home and took another day off of work and no one showed up AGAIN. It is just common sense that a customer that needs help with INSTALLATION would also need help with DE-INSTALLATION. Now I have the old washer outside. They haven't returned my call yet. absolutely do not buy your appliance from home depot. They live in an extended hotel. She said it could be rescheduled for 4/25/22 and I said NO, I want it today! They told me to contact Whirlpool, who own KitchenAid. Later in the evening the online tracker could no longer find our delivery and the merchant was closed. Didn't have old ones to haul away. I am really angry and disappointed in home depot. We ordered a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. I am sitting in my home with no flooring and no resolution other than oops sorry, we can refund you you're money. Refused to hook up the dishwasher because they did not like the type of shutoff valve. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? Again nobody calls , you need to call again and reschedule the delivery as you need your appliances. Had them pack them up and take them with them..long story short the delivery guy called me an entitled son of a bitch. One of them looked under the cabinet and said he could not install the dishwasher because the pipe extending from the back wall is PVC piping. I called the delivery company and they told me they don't have the stove to deliver and that I would need to get a refund and repurchase. Very upset with why delivery people failed to listen and seem not to care what customer was asking about. Delivery person complain the new appliance to heavy for 2 people. If you use them to deliver and install it most likely won't be completed within 1 or 2 visits. F- on refrigerator delivery. They said they would be liable in case an earthquake knocked the new washer off my old pedestal and that the hardware to connect the pedestal to the new washer might not be in the same places on the two different makes of equipment. They arrived just after 5pm. And Home Depot should be ashame of itself for using them.This brings a bad name for buying product from there store.And after the sale at Home Depot they want help you be satisfied the customer and they got your money.Please people dont buy from Home depot if they are still using Forward Final Mile services.Ask first are you will be shocked for delivery.Very,Very disappointed. Noticed enamel crumbling and peeling on inside of door. No common sense. Home Depot delivery is the worst. Surprising since this is second replacement DW. But he didn't. BUT, when the rude outsourced third party can't deliver the new appliance because the silly customer (who needed installation services) could not de-install their old appliance and thus cancelled any need for the unfortunate outsourced third party to install the new appliance, everything goes to hell.

The info plainly says that if you report it right away, faulty or damaged appliances can be returned for a refund. I then asked for a refund of the $245 and was emphatically turned down. If i could have have given a negative rating I would have. Totally incompetent and could not have cared less about the installation for which they were paid $129 to connect three connections and $25 to haul off the old appliance. Use tab to navigate through the menu items. But the next time, its guaranteed to deliver. The disrespectful and cockey installer cranked the 'legs' on the dryer as high as they would go so when the washer was installed it was 2" higher than the washer and 5" apart from it. Today I receive in the afternoon my combo washer and drier an the machine not wash the cloth not spin. That was worthless. They just walked out while I called customer service. Home Depot has lost a 20 year loyal customer! A week later the dishwasher was rescheduled for delivery/install. Then, about 3 hours later, called with a different delivery date--OCTOBER 7! I was stuck with this new $2,000 boat anchor. I will never buy appliances in Home Depot again. They refused to install our microwave (even tho it was on the order) because they were late for their next appointment. The service rep said they never got out of the truck.
I asked about the shipping bolts being removed and he said 'I did that a long time ago which meant he removed them at their warehouse and trucked my front load washer a lot of miles with no support on the drum mechanism - a big no no. 0 is way to generous, 10 hours of waiting for delivery. Shame on Home Depot who tells me they've had soooo many complaints with this place but THEY STILL USE THEM despite the customers concerns. I forced him out of my house and called Hime Depot to file a complaint and inquire some details, to which the assistant manager said: "They're contractors, so they're not within Home Depot's purview.
