This villa does not have a restaurant on site. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked with cookware and dishes and located in the best possible place you would want to be.

Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd level and has 2 double beds. Encountering Medicare for the first time was a daunting prospect for us. He just saved me $100 a month on my Medicare plan with a company my wife has been very happy with. Coligny Plaza was across the street-easy walk! 
The private bath has a tub/shower combination.With the ocean just across the street and all the amenities of shopping & dining just steps away at Coligny Plaza this will be a very special visit for your 2021 Hilton Head Island vacation! This villa does not offer free breakfast. At the end of meeting we had worked out a great supplement package using his suggestions and insight. Understanding Medicare insurance plans and picking the right one can be a daunting task. Wish we could book for next year, but our dates are already taken!! I was so grateful for his help. We will be contacting him again when my husband is eligible for Medicare. The previous management company left a lot to be desired. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a 22 inch LED flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. We have stayed at 3 North Shore Place building several times, but apartment 507 is the best: top floor, great ocean view from the balcony! He handled the application immediately and I know he will be there if I have any questions or concerns. The location is great near to everything so the teenagers could hang out at the plaza next door but still nice and private so it was quieter when you wanted to just sit on the big wrap around balcony and relax. Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy. Will certainly recommend him to all my friends and family. 
The deck was fantastic BUT it is pretty noisy being right by the Plaza cars, bands, kids yelling at the pool. Airport shuttle services are not available at this villa. Night Available, no arrivals or departures. Joseph was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about everything I needed to do for medicare and the supplemental options. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

The private bathroom has a large vanity, soaking tub and separate glass door shower. The unique (4th floor) rooftop pool and hot tub are surrounded by an expansive deck that allows you to catch the cool ocean breeze. The location was wonderful. I highly recommend him. Five stars! We highly recommend the condo and Relax Rentals. The rental was really great - it did not feel like a condo and it was accessible to everything. My wife and I had to find a new Medicare Supplement Plan. It was perfect despite the rain. He will not forget about you afterwards, hes just a call or click away. There are also two comfortable rocking chairs. Other amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, and an ironing board. It has everything you need.

Hands down the best decision I made was to call Joe. Offering conveniences like 2 bathrooms and a washing machine, the villa also has a refrigerator and a TV. This bright and airy two-level condominium features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. His suggestions helped to lower my husbands plan cost also. 401 was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. He works with youto make sure you are getting the best plan that is needed at the most affordable price. This unit has been rented solid since March of 2019 and a deep clean will address many items that are not part of the normal change over clean including: cleaning baseboards throughout, moving furniture and sweeping & vacuuming underneath, removing all items out of the kitchen cabinets & wiping them down, cleaning light fixtures & ceiling fans, cleaning under & behind appliances ,etc. He was highly recommended by a friend and I highly recommend him also. Very nicely decorated, neat, great access to beach, great for older kids as they have Coligny to go to for ice cream, and shopping. Joe was a true blessing for me with the whole Medicare nightmare!
However if you want to eat out there are many good restaurant choices right next door as well as a grocery store. Free parking is not available at this villa. You may also use one of the oceanfront pools at SeaCrest. The investment companies are transforming the industry and might be jeopardizing patient care in the process. Our unit was a two story condo with a wraparound balcony. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Quick trip to HHI, our favorite vacation place for 25 years. Dont feel bad if youve had a hard time with it. We loved just walking across the street to the beach or to. We enjoyed our family vacation in this great location. The unit was immaculate and seemed freshly painted! Also, the balcony wraps around, providing more outdoor space. We loved that we could walk out the door and be right that at the pool.
