most seats have a quick release adjustment so you will be able to size the bike in the store before you buy. an adjustable wrench, I used a monkey wrench and one hex key, took me 10 minutes and I'm super lazy. a 9/16 wrench or 15mm will allow you to put on the pedals.

Bike arrived in a couple of days, but the lock I order along side didn't come till weeks later.
