Front desk staff are kinda rude. The room was nice. I am so glad that I came across this place I would choose to come here and return back any day or anytime.
Being on the disc golf course is a big bonus too. The resort is also centrally located, which makes it easy to travel from city to city, shopping centers, eateries, and all of Arizona's natural surroundings. Since writing down our credit card info was NOT acceptable we could not have keys to your room even though it was already paid for! Excellent for a night stay. Be careful when booking a hotel room, Need to file a complaint? Luckily we were able to be moved to another room. The staff was kind of clueless and not especially nice. BBB reports on known marketplace practices. They had live music on Friday and kareoke on Saturday. Walk to grocery store. Kids under 14 in the hot tub splashing and horseplay and noisy.

Jetted tub in main part of studio, great view of the park across the street. At about midnight there were people being very loud and obnoxious outside my door. 
Really nicely remodeled property. Looking forward to a staycation the wife and I came upon this local over the net. The room we were in had no warm water and the toilet clogged. I enjoy staying here. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Enjoy. They said that the front desk asked me to pay by a different card, apparently which I denied. The stairs are hard to find so it makes it hard for just anyone to wander around. When that didn't work, he gave us another solution and that worked out perfect. Not just unlocked, AJAR. A satellite TV is available in this room. It's nice, especially for the price. I brought my young son on the trip and felt that this was a secure location. The service, rooms, grounds, pool, etc are bad. It's a $300/night dump. atlantic beach tripadvisor I searched for some time to find a hotel that was nice and reasonable. Awesome place. Ugh! 
My Fianc were in town visiting family with our daughter, and we wanted just a night away. And that I couldn't check in till 4:00 p.m. and had to check out at 11:00 a.m. plus no vanilla creamer for coffee. We will be staying there again when we go to Scottsdale. I was fine with that just needed my total. We just left, celebrated our 11th anniversary there. Rooms are a decent size but nowhere to store clothes. Then we got towels and still no washcloths! Had I known, I would have requested a first floor room. On 6/14 noticed red bug bites to left leg and both forearms. Stayed here for a baseball tournament my husband had back in October and it was awesome! The manager was very accommodating with assisting us since we arrived a day early. We arrived Saturday afternoon and a little while after we got to our room, we noticed the bed was a little wobbly. I strongly recommend the 3 Palms to anyone desiring value and a clean place to sleep. I would recommend this to others as well as return. I call back he calls me by my first name and says call this number instead call dropped. Hey I actually have free Wi-Fi and it's not just a hoax like some places for a lot of other places that are advertise. Wonderful staff. If you don't mind paying for your local calls. I would stay here again. So foolish me Saturday night I walk to the restaurant from the hotel and sit at the bar with my girlfriend. Upon further reading of other reviews there have apparently been previous issues with this room weeks prior to our visit, but apparently not addressed. The workforce that it takes to keep this resort running is so, I would like to say that the people that are responsible for this place are wonderful people. Also they should give more soaps specially for families. Pictures on the website made it seem completely different. Great price for the room. Now, I'm not saying the hotel wasn't clean, or beautiful, because it was and the pool and landscaping is nice, but the amenities that they say they offer their guest are not giving or avail. We even had entertainment of them scaring away the ducks that wanted to cool off in the pool. Booked and prepaid online a few weeks before our anniversary. If you don't mind being charged a 25.00 late checkout fee for being 15 minutes late, while waiting on a cab they called for you you should like it just fine I won't be staying there again.

The place don't look as great as the pictures make it seem. Found socks that were left in room. Would have given 5 stars if we had hot water but we didn't until the morning. The best thing was the bed! Also if you brought your skateboard you can go to the wedge skate park it is awesome. The bed was terrible and the AC had trouble working. The bed was comfy and the room was immaculately clean. If she doesnt like her job she should work somewhere else! Free Wi-Fi you have to pay 3.99plus tax to get a code. I was given a bar of soap and told that housekeeping would deliver the rest. The sheets and down comforter are nice. Was everything we expected plus more. And across the street from a park and water.

The staff here is wonderful and so nice, even brought forks to us when we ordered dinner and they forgot to include utensils. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But the room was clean and didn't smell of smoke unlike a room we had once in Phoenix. We bugged out @2:45 am for a Holiday Inn Express. We got a room with the spa tub and its so relaxin. Location was great, room was ok, very small for 4 people, the refrigerator didn't work, and Beau the guy at the front desk was rude. First he said we may have to walk to the front, but someone finally told him to just bring us more. Would give 5 stars if I could. If you want to pay for and want more then go somewhere else but this has all you need for Sunshine, Pool hot tub and clean updated comfortable safe rooms. Call Now To Book Today! This place does not require one yea! All other marks contained herein are the property of their respective owners. Love the jacuzzi oh my god to die for. No towels were provided after day 1 or soap or TP. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff was rude and we ended up having to talk to a manager. Our room only had 2 towels, when I called and requested more I was told that that is all a double queen room gets because it's just for 2 people. 
Outside of my issue my stay was pleasant. Bulbs were out in lamps. Staff was very rude to customer while I was checking in. The staff was friendly the room was beautiful! Nice rooms clean environment and helpful employees. A fitness centre is available and there is a 24-hour business centre. Clean and reasonable rates. Else fire the person who lied to me and put me through a miserable experience. There were police cars when we arrived and coincidently when we left. I love 3 Palms Resort Oasis! In spite of internet appearances, this place is to be avoided at all costs. There was no apology. Gave me a feeling of great safety. Very clean and nice hotel. Good: helpful front desk folks (changed room upon check in from pool to quiet area) Responsive maintenance, although should not have had to call for them. After reading the other posts I feel like they write their own because we witnessed two other couples check in and were just as dissapointed as we were. Swimming pool in accordance with the photos. This hotel is, Hotel makes you feel like you are a movie star. We had 3 adults and a baby. BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period. Room was clean and bed was perfect. Perfect place to go out and mingle and an even better place to just stay in and enjoy company. This will be collected by credit card. 
Which happens to be be catered by this 'so called establishment'. Rooms are fairly small, but everything was excellent. Room's are super unique, with cool furniture and extremely, Do NOT book your wedding here!Our experience at this hotel was miserable. I tried to call the front office several times and the phone kept ringing busy so, I had to go up front and ask for soap, washcloths and towels. I cant wait to come back! A bathrobe and tea and coffee-making facilities are also provided. We will be back.

This is a two story walk up, which I didn't realize until I got here.

The room was fantastic. Super efficient and friendly staff in all, this is the most romantic resort in Arizona! Definitely mistakenly called a hotel online. They skipped us yesterday. The pool and close to everything. Need to put labels on the cover. . Other amenities include a flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a safe. Comfortable beds. Horrible the worst $200 I've ever spent the bed was hard as rock the room stank like mold the shower was so tinny there is no bar or restaurant as advertised. Good location. Free Wi-Fi is provided. This hotel is, Luis and Andrew, who drive the shuttle vans, made sure my stay in Scottsdale was a good one. I will definitely have to reconsider having people stay here as have probably referred you 20+ nights in the last year.

The king size bed was very comfy with nice, soft pillows and the park view was pretty. Not that we needed it but the Wi-Fi was also down. Would definitely stay here again. It ended up not. The bathroom sink stunk really bad and the carpet in my room left my feet dirty. I won't be staying there again. He refused to believe it was not us until the person that called in the complaint came to our rescue.
There was no mini bar in the room and no room service available. We will stay here again. I would reommend. I found all the customer service to be polite, courteous, and helpful. He told us they were comping our room for that night for the inconvenience. Book 1,199,000+ Hotels, Apartments, B&B and Hostels. Finding hotel is not ideal, signs on road are not clearly visible.
