You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. 
Easy to clean and it looks good above all. i wasn't worried considering it was still under warranty, however samsung techs said they did not have the parts and could not fix it so instead they were giving me store credit for hundreds of dollars less than what the fridge is worth.
