Pleasant atmosphere, nice pools and attentive waitstaff, clean and ample bathroom facilities, great location. It was great. The Confidante is the perfect spot for an idyllic and blissful "daycation" in the Miami sunshine. Highly recommend and would do it again. Leo and Gary by the Backyard pool area had excellent customer service and were super friendly! I will absolutely be booking again. Had the best time here! When the rain came we went into the pool area. Good service both on the beach and pool area. Everything was great, but the guy reinforcing the beach umbrellas should give ppl a warning before sand starts flying on them. Our server was very kind, helpful and efficient.
It was a perfect way to spend the day while we waited for a late flight! The place was beautiful with great amenities and service!

The had a great selection of drink and food options. With that came the five-acre Tidal Cove, which is complete with 11 slides, two restaurants, a surfing simulator, a quarter-mile long lazy river, a 4,000-square-foot kids' play area, 25 cabanas, and more.
