It stands on the floor and I put my phone on it and shoot my videos and pics and I'm done! I did assemble the stuffs from the box and I didnt even use the directions. It has a phone clip that will keep your phone secured. The OnAir 10 LED Ring Light is an amazing product, I love the lighting and the looks that it gives on my photos. Product works very well I just wish where the phone goes you can adjust it a little bit better but other than that the lights are perfect the stands perfect in the microphone works well I would recommend.

It was not difficult to assemble but some of it had to be done with common sense thanks to my husband because the instructions weren't all the way clear. It is perfect for my social media post and videos.
The light is very bright. 
The microphone doesnt connect to an IPhone, need to buy adapter, and its very unstable , the microphone falls down, and the connector that holds the light up , likes to move around a lot, otherwise the light is great and I like that you can adjust the height . 
The only thing I would want is if it came with an actually outlet plug in. The clip to hold your device is very strong.
This ring light is amazing . I have had one that just sits on my desk but this is beyond perfect.

It is pretty useless and doesn't make a difference. The different lighting options are even a better choice.
The other great thing is that it has a long USB cable which can be plugged into a laptop, computer or even a power bank which nice because sometimes a wall outlet might not be in reach for when using it.
