I took the dress off and turned it inside out to sew it, and the entire lining was about to fall off from the waist seam. At least with them I was able to order multiple dresses in multiple sizes and return the ones that didn't work for a full refund. They specialize in bridesmaid dresses that can be ordered online with the option to try on your favorites at home before you buy one. ample ordering, sizing help to the final purchase the customer service has been 100%! They actually loved their dresses too (coming from someone whose been a bridesmaid before, you dont always love them ). So, I spent an extra $50 worth of try ons to discover that I needed to size up yet still get it taken in and altered.
Still, I called customer service as a last ditch effort and started racking my brain about what I was going to do. I may now end up with no dress to wear to my sisters wedding when I purchased one. After talking for over an hour to a manager at Revelry, I was able to get a dress and have it in time for the wedding. They told me to just email the gift cards to myself to print out, but when I asked if I could see an example of what it would look like they couldn't provide one. She went above and beyond to make sure my dress arrived on time.
After looking at the dress, the size on the tag was not the actual size of the dress and the size we wanted would not have been a fit for her either. The wedding I am in is on April 16. I went with the Rory Satin Dress in Navy Blue. You all have been wonderful and for that, I am so thankful!! So hyped. absolutely love them !! Their response was a 25% refund to keep the dress or 100% back to return the dress as they couldn't send the dress in time for the wedding. My grandmother is a seamstress and when I took it to her, she laughed at the quality and said that the seams have no room to let out or redo.

We do have a strict return policy for our shrugs and state this at the time of purchase. I am extremely passionate about inclusivity we've got something for everyone, and we NEVER charge extra for extended sizes! I did the $10 fit as I was between sizes. My mom and I called less than 2 weeks after the orders were made, and they made us believe wed get a refund and its be no issue. Being in the wedding industry, I expected them to be understanding of the need to get your vision right and help you achieve that vision (within reason of course). I am Pleading with Brides to be mindful of the try on dress price. I know I can't be the only lady out there that has a 40" bust, 25" waist, and 42" hips. ferent lengths so you might need to hem them to fit your exact heel height. Even after altercations my dress still didnt fit as it shouldve. We appreciate your kind words about Revelry so much! Nothing but good things to say about Revelry! Everything was beautiful!! However, they wouldn't refund me anything for messing up my order and sending me a dress in a style I didn't order/didn't want. To complete your look, they also offer a variety of accessories as well as suit ties made with material that matches their gowns. They still had the other dress in my account as "in production", never refunded me or told me that had canceled this order. What was the point of paying for the try-on if it was Bride here! (She didn't even have to know what happened :) ). The only complaint is that once you buy it its final sale and you cant return or exchange it, which sucks if you are in between sizes! They were patient and understanding. All because of a company that seemingly refuses to take their time to simply switch two dresses to help a customer who didnt have the option when they ordered their dress and doesnt have another couple hundred dollars for a new one. Wouldnt recommend to anyone, especially for something as important as your wedding.

My actual dress came fitting more snuggly, but even worse, the seams are all bubbli HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The girls were in the deep olive satin dresses and the men had the olive ties. According to the manufacturer, I wouldn't get my dress until April 26. I ordered a dress and learned that my dress may not even come in time. These are NOT custom sized dresses. This is where it gets worse and my mind is blown. Subsequently, one of my girls found out that she was pregnant with twins (yay!!).

at home try on service and ordering their color swatches! Made to order is just a fancy word for sur-charge - making the customer pay for all of the production challenges financially and with time & keeping their own overhead costs low. But they also have seriously amazing customer service!
To say they were swamped would have been a totally acceptable response, especially from a relatively small business such as theirs.

Everyones dresses arrived either early or right on time, with the exception of one of the velvets. And yes, it was very noticeable with the slit. Although I can understand there be a timing error or misunderstanding on the bridal party I am in, my frustration is more that I have not dealt with a company that is so unwilling or unable to offer solutions or potential help, as well as provide clear communication on where an order is. The production time is ridiculously long, & to make matters worse there is 0 insight into what stage of production your dresses are in. Why would this not apply to my prior order?

These dresses are hands down excellent material/craftsmanship and well worth the small price tag to other gowns I have looked at Macys, Dillards, Von Maur and other local stores. Most girls ordered 2 sizes for the try on to dial in their personal size and then ordered their dresses.

All the bridesmaids were wearing Revelry. Everyone commented they felt exceptionally well made, with nice lining and a fit that was form-fitted but not clingy. Revelrys customer service is responsive but unhelpful.

- Things generally took a long time to get to us and/or to get back to us. The issue was entirely my error and had nothing to do with anything on Revelry's end. For our Home Try-On program, the $10 per dress cost goes to the cost of care and laundry for our dresses. Since it takes FOREVER for the dress to come in, I was pregnant once it arrived and realized it wouldnt fit. We needed to get alterations as these are just standard size and not made to order.. The length sizing may be a tad confusing so confirm with your bridesmaids/bride you have the right length. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave some kind words for us! DO NOT BUY FOR HERE. Countless phone calls and hours of sitting on hold later, Revelry stuck to their strict no return policy, and my entire bridal party (8 of us) was told we were basically out of luck, we could try to sell our dresses online, but would be expected to pay another $200 and wait another 3-4 months for a new dress that will hopefully fit. ress I liked, I placed an order, and waited patiently for 16 weeks for the dress to arrive.
