Second time to Sea Oats 401. The unit has been newly remodeled and it is beautiful, with granite countertops, faux wood tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. Once passed, all has gone well. My one and only complaint is that the slats on the balcony railing were far enough apart that our skinny, mobile babies could fit through, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as much as we'd have liked.

The walk out to the beach is short and no stairs to climb which is nice when carrying beach supplies.
We couldn't find any schools near this home. Zillow and GreatSchools recommend that parents tour multiple schools in-person to inform that choice.
