The first dive (coco reef) we had was Ok but a bit disappointing for the Maldives, the second better but without being WOW.A large part of the guests were Chinese, this does not apply to all obviously, but we often ended up in strange situations (no respect for corals, noisy, strange manners especially while eating). We had a wonderful experience with AGA Holidays. Staff at Varu by Atmosphere are very well mannered, their hospitality towards all the guests is commendable. . We had breakfast everyday at the relaxing restaurant near the water villas, the staff Mr. Janaka was so friendly and polite, he made me tasty soup noodles. However, you having to call to follow up is unacceptable and we will review how this could've happened - Please accept my apologies for this.Thank you for letting me know about the Jacuzzi cleanliness, this is not Kool at all and not to our normal standards.
The villa is spacious,clean and tidy with very good housekeeping. !Overall, the question that everyone asks themselves, would I stay at Kandima again? It gets even worst having in mind that this place is suppose to be a 5 star resort. After few mins, we saw the unicorn was picked up by the boat. Gaurav will take all the logistics headache, while you get to chill in your vacation in the true sense. Beach & Sky Studio: The ideal option for those who want to stay close to the beach, or right next to the lagoon? We found this not cool at all, when you pay several K EUR for a week holiday (closer to 5 digits) you would have appreciated a door to door service. After reporting it to the resort it was just stressful and ridiculous to see their passive way of acting on the event. Our trip was smooth and everything was well managed by our agent Divine Maldives. . Pay in easy installments & get ready to enjoy your holiday. Sunset Beach Pool Villa with Swirl Pool: Perfect for all beach babies, these villas come with a private pool, a sundeck and much more. The jacuzzi was completely dirty, not acceptable! This only reflects their poor service management.Another very poor experience is the jacuzzi on the aqua villa. Only one example; we received our check-out transfer details 10pm the night before we left although I had been asking for it from 10am that day. Their bus service to help guest commuting within the resort is quite handy, specially given the size of the island. Our customer service team can work with you to make your dream honeymoon a reality by using our online quoting tool. You better think twice if you really want to come to this resort. Authentic Chinese cuisine is served at Sea Dragon & Forbidden Bar, complete with a Forbidden Bar, DJ and a contemporary blend of Far East inspirations. and kids really do LOVE it! There was no follow-up and there was no meeting, hence this review. There are 6 versatile restaurants and 2 bars situated around Kandima, allowing you to journey around the world through the expertise of culinary delights. After making this request I got a positive feedback from their side that they would check on that and would come back to me with an answer, though they could not gave me a final answer on that on the next couple of hours. I was sorry for the inconvenience made, however, I think the resort really pay good attention to ensure the safety of the guests especially in the sea that there are the security boats patrolling frequently. He was not only the travel agent per se in the process, but also the travel advisor in helping us secure the booking/ package at a reasonable rate and understand the complexities of the overall plan and the additional costs. The resort is so big (there are very frequent and convenient free shuttles running in the whole resort from very early morning to midnight that you can travel everywhere easily) with different kind of facilities that you can enjoy, some of them are even free of charge. The trip was amazing, Everything was sorted and taken care off. More details as follows: These overwater villas offer perfect views of the lagoon, and a private sundeck with a Jacuzzi. The 48 sqm Aqua Villa features a sun deck area with Jacuzzi and direct access to the lagoon. He had recommended AKR resort to us and had said you'll love it. The Kids club is very cool, wants you to come back to your childhood to be able to join.What was not so good: We have been in the Maldives before and snorkeling at Kandima was not very good in the lagoon. The water is so clear that you can see the fishes easily without getting wet. Once I ask him about what was the guaranty I could be given by the resort about my shoes he simply said that the only thing they could offer was to involve the police so I could file a report. The quality of the food is only good but definitely far from a 5 star quality. And, there were a lot of fishes around the villa especially in the early morning around 7~8 am. The manager even gave the lame excuse that the resort takes very seriously the security of customer's belongings and that's why they put a safe on each bedroom and that costumers should use it to put valuable belongings. I understand that Kandima is not responsible for the Airline schedule (and the delay) but this was a real pain.Same for the way back, we had our return flight at 7PM but received a letter in the same day luggage pick-up at 9.50, departure from the hotel at 10.50. We bought the package which included breakfast and dinner buffets. Got the best deal for the Maldives. And yes we did. The trainer was so professional that we enjoyed the class a lot with ocean view and the sounds of the sea tide. We're a lifestyle resort, which does have five-star facilities but is totally different to 5-star resorts in the Maldives. Strategically, when one of these restaurants is closed the resort will put on an event in the other restaurant where you have to pay extra - can be up to $80 ++ per person. With our Premium ALL Inclusive option, we were entitled to two complimentary activities provided by Aquaholics. Hopefully you brought this to our attention when you were here and them team rectified quickly for you.We have a beach cleaning team that work on keeping the beach as nice and clear - This is something that is ongoing for us daily and can be heavily impacted by weather. We traveled to Maldives recently and Trav Tree helped us book our trip in a very short span of time.

Located on the Dhaalu Atoll, this resort is ideal for getting away from the hustle bustle of other resort islands that are closer to the mainland. Nestled right on the beachfront, these charming 55sqm villas with their 42sqm private decks provide plenty of space, comfort and indulgence for couples; best of all, the silken golden sands are literally just steps away. It was a miscommunication between the agent and the hotel because of which we wasted 3 hours at the airport.
8 days before we arrived at the hotel, being excited guests, we contacted asking for more information regarding the all inclusive packages, events, activities and so on.

The actual experience: Each villa includes an entrance porch and foyer, separate bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. There is an infinity pool inside the villa that you can easily access to from both living room, bedroom and bathroom which was so convenient. If it's diving and coral reefs you want then there are different islands, whereas for access to shallow lagoons are offered on another island.
