When I purchased my gown, the designer even was flown in for a special event and my family and bridesmaids got to meet him. they didnt care as long as they were paid. Their solution is for me to return it : shipment on my charges+restocking fees(ending up me paying twice for the price of the dress, without having a dress in hand!) Their solution is for me to return it : shipment on my charges+restocking fees(ending up me paying twice for the price of the dress, without having a dress in hand!) I had a great experience at this dress shop. We spoke to Debbie who had been in frequent contact with the bride and her mother up Ladies! In the end, they gave me a great discount and even shipped the dress to a store closer to my house. My dresses didnt even come in until a few days before my wedding and I dont even think they would have called Debbie is the BEST. honest and informative about the things brides aren't keen on. This was my DREAM dress that I had been dreaming of all my life. Unfortunately, my DREAM dress (Lazaro 3050) was out of my budget so she tried her absolute best to find the next best thing but was unsuccessful. I paid several hundred dollars for the alteration. This woman is a THEIF A CROOK A FRAUD and a terrible business woman who is as fake as they come! These trips for the fittings were costly and time consuming.
