I have worn this jacket about 15-20 over the past few month in many different types of weather it has worked out great. Very comfortable and fills and looks very nice. Warm and fits great! I sized down 1 size from my normal non Carhartt size of large, to a medium. I only need to wear a t-shirt underneath of them in PA winters. 10/10 would wear again. I took it with me to deer camp this season and it performed exactly as expected. The other things are okay, it's confortable, warm and runs true to size. I really like the build quality and seems to be holding up the elements and the work environment. Rain rolls off an keeps me pretty warm. I only rated it 4 stars because the cell phone pocket is to small for a smart phone of any size (which seems to be where cell phones are going for some time now# and it takes a long time to hang dry after getting wet #I have to wash and dry after every wearing if I'm in wet conditions which is something I do not do with my other jackest/sweatshirts). carhartt midweight Color Carbon Heather. The sweatshirt has two pockets, the one on the right has a smaller pocket inside the larger, great for keys or small tools. It fits like the proverbial glove, repels water as promised, is soft and comfortable, yet rugged and durable.

The hood is great around the sides but doesn't make it over my head completely. It is warm and durable. Have to wear a uniform at work but everything under top layer is carhartt. midweight The zip front allows you to regulate your body temperature, while the Rain Defender finish keeps you dry. I would recommend this sweatshirt.

The fit was typical for Carhartt, not too big but big enough that one can move around and work comfortably. I can tell you that it is everything that you would want for use in multiple climates. This is a super jacket it fits true to size, far superior to Under Armour, it's very warm by itself and great for layering, plenty of room for maneuvering while working it fits great, large hood I love it.

Plus they even keep me dry on the Wet Days as well. It is a great sweatshirt and heavy enough to handle whatever is thrown at it. I highly recommend this sweatshirt. I work outside majority of day. I was out in the rain, a steady rain not a downpour, and stayed completely dry. I love the Zip up front and the Pockets are deep to keep my phone. I love this rain defender hoodie and wear it in the North Idaho winters with just a heavy tee shirt most of the time. It is the warmest hooded sweatshirt I have ever owned. Able to move freely while wearing it and lets me do my job. Other than that it is a fantastic hoody that I will wear out after many years of heavy use. Warm.
