The sales team was great to work with through the entire process which was mad a difficult process because of the pandemic but we ended up with an excellent spa. They are both new and contain all relevant manuals. I ordered a Springfree trampoline hoop that was unavailable in my home state and they shipped it to me for only $10. In the unlikely event a cartridge breaks, remove it and vacuum out any media introduced into the spa. We had a great experience with Recreation Unlimited. It can be used with either Freshwater Chlorine or the Freshwater Salt System. We had our kids with us each time we visited and she was extremely patient with us since our kids love running around and being kids. The winds werent even that strong. Can you use this with Bromine? Said item must be unopened and unassembled. Note: some models may require an adapter to use the mineral cartridge. The goal is fine, but there is more give in it than I'd like. Easy process and we love our hoop! Highly recommend! I almost bought a 54" backboard but ended up buying a 60" backboard and I am happy I did. It was so difficult to find much selection in 2021, but we found the perfect hot tub at Recreation Unlimited. We got a really nice playset and play surface for our kids this year. But yet they have had the payment in full from the tine of the order. The chemicals are priced cheaper than I can find! I have been buying from them for several years and find they have a very helpful staff, an amazing showroom, and the highest equipment from brands like Goalrilla, Spring Free, and Woodplay. The product is excellent too!!! Underneath will be a hollow tube. Do not save the cartridge for re-use. Not the best place, not the best prices, and there was a dead roach in one of the hot tubs. This year, on returning from our winter home, we found several issues with the pergola - the wood was not properly treated, the holes not pre-drilled properly, there are large cracks and splits in the entire structure.
