We would have much rather explored on foot but our guide was very knowledgeable about geology and the land which was fun to hear about. We got a first hand experience to both Horseshoe and Antelope canyon.

He made the long ride fun and knew everything about the scenery, mountains, Navajo land, wildlife, etc. 
and the other stops (Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, and Cameron Trading Post) you can easily do on your own, in the comfort of your own car. We were allowed ample time to enjoy both Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Mr. Ken was very knowledgable and also very good with our nine-year old son. This experience requires good weather. All in all, this trip was awesome and would recommend it to others. Our guide and driver Shauna was fantastic. We were all surprised that all of the canyon is under highway level so if there were no signs, someone could just drive by completely unaware.
If you are back in Northern Arizona we would love to have you tour with us again. Service dogs are allowed to travel with the correct and current paperwork.
